The open plan living/kitchen/diner on the ground floor features a lofty full height ceiling and smart wooden floors, while the first floor mezzanine offers twin beds tucked into the eaves. The master bedroom and stylish family bathroom are located downstairs. Outside, guests can enjoy their own private patio garden with views towards Exeter.

Amenities at Ash Cottage include central heating, an electric fire, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, TV/DVD, and Wi-Fi. Bed linen is included, and there is off-road parking for two cars. The paved and gravelled patio comes equipped with furniture and a BBQ, and the property does not allow pets or smoking.
