Amenities such as bed linen, towels, electricity, and heating are included, while WiFi is available despite poor mobile reception in the area.

Local facilities include the beach just 10 yards away, a village shop, cafe, and fishmonger within 200 yards, and a pub 100 yards away. Kingsbridge, with all amenities, is 7.5 miles away, while a park is a quarter of a mile from the cottage.
