Armada House is a charming 19th century cottage located in Dartmouth, Devon, in the South West of England. The cottage can accommodate up to four people in its two bedrooms, which include a king-size and a twin room. It also features a family bathroom, a separate shower room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is a spacious furnished patio with views over the town, making it a cozy retreat for couples or families.

The amenities at Armada House include gas fired hot water and central heating, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, four-ring gas hob, electric oven and grill, and a feature Belfast sink. The cottage also offers a wall-mounted Freeview Smart TV with DVD, WIFI, a high chair, travel cot, stair gate, soft spoons, bowls, and cups for young children. All bed linen, bath/hand towels, tea towels, and oven gloves are provided, while guests will need to bring their own beach towels. An annual car parking permit for one car is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park, which is a 5-minute walk away, subject to availability.
