It provides an ideal holiday base for up to four guests, with the changeover day being a Saturday.

This luxury Salcombe holiday let is accessed from the grounds and car parking area at Hazeldene, where there is allocated off road parking for one medium sized car. The front door to this holiday apartment is just inside the main communal entrance of the Hazeldene property. There is a welcoming internal hallway to the apartment which has a useful storage area for coats, shoes and bags.
Bedrooms
5 Hazeldene has two bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a kingsize bed, built in wardrobe, and two bedside tables with lamps. This is a light and airy room, beautifully presented in stylish calm tones. It also benefits from an ensuite shower room, with a shower, a vanity unit with a hand wash basin, a toilet, a mirror over the basin and a heated towel rail. This bedroom has beautiful coastal views across to North Sands and the open sea beyond. There is direct access to the large terrace area from this bedroom.
The second bedroom comprises of two single beds and a bedside table with a lamp, together with a built in wardrobe. This bedroom can be presented as two singles or one kingsize bed, with configuration being specified at the time of booking.
All bed linen and towels are included in the abode rental cost (excluding beach towels).
Main Bathroom
The main bathroom is modern and well presented. It includes a bath and shower over the bath together with shower curtain, a vanity unit with a hand wash basin, a toilet, a mirror over the basin and a heated towel rail.
Open plan living space
There is an open plan living space that consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. This bright airy space has a lovely welcoming ambiance and offers stunning coastal views across to North Sands and beyond out to the open sea.
The lounge area provides ample seating with two sofas, a coffee table, together with a flat screen TV and DVD player. This space offers a great spot to take in the stunning views from the large picture window.
At the rear of the living space is a modern stylish kitchen area, with a dining table to comfortably accommodate up to four guests.
The kitchen includes an oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a small separate freezer, a dishwasher, a washer / dryer and a coffee machine. This modern fitted kitchen offers plenty of fitted units for storage of food items and is fully equipped with a wide range of stylish crockery, glasses, and kitchen equipment.
There is direct access to the large terrace area from the living space.
Outside space
There is a large terrace area that is in an elevated position to capture the stunning setting. It offers great views across to North Sands and beyond – perfect for enjoying a spot of alfresco dining. This area has a stylish outside table and comfortable seating, with cushions.
There is also the communal garden area at Hazeldene which are available for guests to wander around and enjoy.
Parking
There is space for one medium sized car in the private allocated off road parking within the Hazeldene complex.

No smoking is permitted either inside or in the grounds of the development.
Please note that the terrace area has low level balcony railings and therefore care should be taken not to sit on the railings or go close to the edge of the balcony area. Children must be fully supervised by an adult at all times when on the terrace area.
Please note the gardens are not suitable for children to play in and children should be supervised at all times in the communal gardens.
Please note whilst the abode is ground floor, it is accessed from a steep driveway which means that it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
