The village of Stoke Fleming is perfectly situated between Dartmouth and Blackpool Sands, offering easy access to both. Dartmouth, just 10 minutes away by car, boasts cobbled streets lined with galleries, restaurants, and cafe bars, as well as picturesque estuary cruises. Less than a mile from the cottage is Blackpool Sands, a Blue Flag beach known for its water sports and The Venus Cafe. While the property does not have a garden, the surrounding South Hams area provides plenty of outdoor spaces to explore and enjoy.

The cottage features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a double bedroom and separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with SMEG electric oven, dishwasher, and Gaggia Coffee Machine, while the living area includes a TV and comfortable seating. Parking is available on the street near the pub, just 200 yards from the property. WiFi, heating, bed linen, and towels are provided, and the cottage is baby-friendly with provided equipment (bring your own cot linen). Pets are allowed, and a security deposit may be required. Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
