The Bathing House is a romantic riverside cottage located on the Sharpham Estate along the River Dart in Ashprington, Devon. This Grade II* listed Georgian bathing house has been converted into a unique accommodation that can sleep three people in one bedroom and a sofa bed. The cottage features a wood-burning stove, a balcony with views of the river, and steps down to the river for fishing. Guests can also explore the estate and gardens, as well as enjoy the outdoor unheated swimming pool during the summer months.

The cottage offers amenities such as electric fires, night storage heating, a microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, and a phone. Bed linen and towels are included, and a cot and highchair can be provided upon request. There is off-road parking for three cars, and the property has a private water supply that is regularly tested. Please note that there is no TV at the property. The outdoor unheated pool is available from June to August, weather permitting, during daylight hours.
