Cosy Nook in North Molton, Devon is a charming 500-year-old Grade II Listed cottage that can accommodate up to 3 guests in its two bedrooms. Situated near Exmoor National Park, this cottage serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, including sandy beaches that are just a short drive away. The cottage features a traditional design with a thatched roof, exposed beams, and a large inglenook fireplace, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for guests.
The accommodation includes one king-size double bed (which can be made into two singles upon request) and a single bedroom, as well as a lounge with an oil-fired inglenook fireplace (which cannot be used due to insurance regulations) and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. The upstairs shower room does not have a bath, and guests can enjoy the rear courtyard and raised garden with a seating area. Bed linen and towels are provided, and guests will receive a welcome hamper upon arrival. Please note that children under 12 are not permitted in the cottage, and smoking is strictly prohibited due to the thatched roof.
Guests can bring along one small dog, with dog towels and throws provided for their comfort. Free roadside parking is available (not allocated), and check-in is from 4 pm with check-out by 10 am.
