The owners will greet guests upon arrival, and there is an option to offset carbon emissions for a small fee. Check-in is from 16:00, check-out by 09:30, and fast EV charging is available on site. Up to three dogs are allowed for an additional fee, and one cot can be provided.

The property also offers a range of recreational activities such as 5-aside football, badminton, grass tennis, croquet, boules, cricket, and a putt golf course. The elegantly designed living room features two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and spectacular views of the valley. Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable fees, with the balance due 60 days before travel. In case of new Government travel restrictions affecting the booking, a refund of 100% of the holiday cost can be arranged.
