Situated in a quiet setting in the owner's grounds, it is close to the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and coastal towns like Sidmouth and Lyme Regis. The pod features an open-plan living/dining and bedroom area with a double bed, underfloor heating, and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, hotplate, fridge freezer, and sink.

Guests can enjoy the wonderful countryside views from the decked area outside the pod, which also includes a bistro set, lawned garden with sun loungers, and a BBQ. Parking is available for one car in the owner's driveway, and 2 dogs are allowed on the property. Free WiFi is provided, although it may be slow due to the location. The nearest beach is 5 miles away, and amenities are 2.5 miles from the pod. Bed linen, towels, and all fuel are included, and short breaks are available with Monday/Friday arrival/departure days.

The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with the seaside town of Seaton, cliff top walks along the Jurassic Coast to Beer and Branscombe, and the coastal town of Lyme Regis all within a short drive. The market town of Axminster, known for the River Cottage Canteen, shops, and weekly market, is also nearby.
