It was once the entrance lodge to the Parke estate located just outside the lively market town of Bovey Tracey. It is located on the road between the town and the National Trust car park at Parke which means it’s the perfect location for exploring the countryside around Parke or for walking into the town for local shops and pubs. Take a short stroll around the estate’s garden, or a longer more strenuous walk through the woodlands and along the river to the medieval weir.

The Lodge is ideally placed for those who want to explore Devon’s national park and coast. The pretty seaside towns of Paignton, Brixham and Torquay can be reached within a 40-minute drive.
