Based in Cove, Devon in the South West of England, The Gearing is a charming farm setting close to a small hamlet and just a short drive from Bampton. This property is part of a barn conversion with 4 units, making it ideal for couples or groups of families and friends looking to holiday together. Each unit has its own patio and access to shared gardens and an outdoor spa pool, offering beautiful views of the valleys and surrounding countryside. Nearby attractions include a 12th-century castle in Tiverton, Exmoor National Park, Lynmouth, and Bickleigh Mill.

The Gearing sleeps up to 2 people in 1 bedroom, with a mezzanine bedroom featuring an en-suite shower room. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is equipped with modern amenities such as a 40-inch TV with Freeview and DVD, Wi-fi broadband, and underfloor heating. The kitchen includes an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Guests can also use the communal utility room with washing machines and tumble dryers. Bed linen, towels, a travel cot, and a highchair are provided.

Outside, guests can enjoy a shared Jacuzzi spa pool from March to January, as well as a patio with garden furniture and a shared front lawn. Ample car parking is available on-site. Pets are allowed at The Gearing by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of up to £30 per pet per week. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
