The apartment boasts a large open-plan living area with excellent internet connection, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area with dimmer-controlled lighting. The comfortable bedroom includes a King-size bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. Guests can also enjoy a private garden with outdoor furniture, gas BBQ, and views of the open countryside. A laundry/utility room with washer dryer and ironing facilities is available at the end of the ground floor entrance hall.

House rules include a check-in time of 4pm and check-out at 10am, no smoking, and no pets allowed on the property. The location of the apartment provides easy access to local landmarks like Cothay Manor and Bishop's Lydeard Station, as well as activities such as golfing and water sports at Wimbleball Lake Activities Centre. With various seaside towns within a 40-50 minute drive, guests can also enjoy a day trip to the coast for a relaxing beach experience.
