It sleeps 2 people in 1 bedroom, which features a Super Kingsize bed that can be converted to twin beds upon request. The property boasts a ground floor wet room, open plan kitchen/dining area, and a living room with bi-fold doors opening onto a patio area with seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, and a coffee machine, while entertainment amenities include Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, as well as a Bluetooth speaker.

For families with young children, a highchair and cot are available upon request. Outside, there is a patio area with seating, although the lawn beyond the patio belongs to Hillside, the main house. Private parking is provided, and amenities such as Wifi and underfloor heating are included. Pets are allowed at The Barn by prior arrangement, with an additional charge of up to £30 per pet per week. Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Guests may be required to pay a security deposit of £150, and additional details regarding Accidental Damage Deposits or Waivers will be provided before the holiday begins. The property is located in Braunton, with attractions such as North Devon Coast, Funder Zone, and Watermouth Castle nearby. Full travel and key collection instructions will be sent to guests upon receipt of full payment.
