The hut is peacefully situated at the edge of a camping field with its own private garden boasting postcard views, providing a place to slow down, switch off, and immerse oneself in majestic nature. Nearby attractions include Bantham surf beach and the historic market towns of Totnes, Dartmouth, and Kingsbridge, offering myriad options for the perfect break.

The space within the shepherd's hut includes one double bed and an upholstered dining area that can convert into another comfortable bed to sleep up to 2 young children or one additional adult. The hut features a 4-ring gas hob and grill, cooking facilities, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, and crockery for 4 people. Rainwater can be collected for washing, while delicious spring water is provided for drinking and cooking. Eco-friendly washing up liquid, shampoo, and conditioner are also included. Lighting is gentle and provided by battery-operated fairy lights, rechargeable upon request.

Guests can enjoy a private garden area with log seats, a firebowl, and a small picnic table with 2 chairs, as well as a large camping meadow nearby. A nature shower, compost toilets, and stunning views across the camping field meadow towards Dartmoor are also available. Car parking is provided on-site, and the Shepherds Hut is located in the adjacent field. Nearby attractions include South Devon, Cockington Country Park, Woodlands Family Theme Park, and Coleton Fishacre House & Gardens, offering a variety of activities for visitors to enjoy during their stay.
