Restored to a high standard, the cottage is beautifully furnished and invites guests to unwind and admire the amazing surroundings. The former agricultural barn, converted around 20 years ago, is set in its own courtyard within the grounds of Southills Farmhouse, retaining much of its historical charm. The cottage features a mezzanine floor with additional living space and an upstairs bedroom, providing a rural retreat with easy access to nearby attractions such as Dartmouth, Totnes, and stunning beaches like Slapton and Blackpool Sands.

The ground floor of the cottage includes a living room/dining room with a wood burner, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a bathroom, and an understairs cupboard with laundry facilities. Upstairs on the mezzanine level, there is an additional living room with a sofa and rocking chair, as well as a cozy bedroom with a double bed and storage space. Guests are advised to be cautious of low eaves in certain areas of the upstairs space. Outside, there is a private garden area with table and chairs, as well as parking directly in front of the cottage.

For security purposes, a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150 is required, which can be paid along with the final balance of the holiday. Alternatively, guests can opt for a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the deposit value.
