Set within Sheepwash, Devon in the South West of England, Serenity is a charming cottage that sleeps 2 people in 1 bedroom. The cottage features a shared large indoor heated swimming pool, making it an ideal retreat for couples looking to relax in a peaceful countryside setting. The open plan living and dining area provides ample space for relaxation, with a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The double bedroom includes a dressing area and a compact shower room, and the cottage has its own private patio as well as access to a shared decked patio and lawned area by the swimming pool.

The cottage offers modern amenities such as a Smart TV and Wifi, along with electric heating and secure storage for bikes and surfboards. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washer/dryer. Linen and towels are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own towels for the swimming pool. The property does not allow pets or smoking, and is for adults only. Off-road parking is available for 1 or 2 cars.

Guests staying at Serenity can enjoy the shared heated indoor swimming pool, open from 9am to 7pm from May to September, as well as a large terrace and private patio area. Visitors are welcome to explore the wildlife pond within the grounds. The cottage is located less than 20 miles from the nearest beach and less than 1 mile from amenities. Short breaks are considered, and guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment. Nearby attractions include Dartmoor National Park, North Devon Coast, Dragon Archery Centre, and Survival Paintball.
