Love Cottage is a charming property located in Combe Martin, Devon, in the South West of England. This cozy cottage is perfect for two people and is situated in a picturesque setting, ideal for exploring the stunning coastline of North Devon. The South coastal path is also nearby, offering beautiful views and opportunities for outdoor adventures. The cottage is part of Saltdene, which includes two other properties, one being the owner's home and the other a holiday let called Gardeners Cottage.

The cottage features one bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite shower room, and a compact kitchen/dining/living area. It includes amenities such as gas central heating, a TV with Freesat, an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox, kettle, and toaster. Linen and towels are provided, and there is shared WiFi available, although bandwidth may be limited due to the location. Outside, guests can enjoy shared use of four and a half acres of meadow and woodland, as well as a small enclosed decked terrace. It is important to note that due to the coastal location, pets should be kept on a lead when exploring the grounds.

Guests have access to shared private parking for one car, and additional information regarding an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver may be required. Pets are allowed at Love Cottage by prior arrangement, with an extra charge applicable. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided to guests upon receipt of full payment. Nearby attractions include Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Exmoor Zoo, and Marwood Hill Gardens, making Love Cottage a convenient and comfortable base for exploring the area.
