Located in Modbury, Devon in the South West of England, Hidden Valley Holidays offers Vineyard Cottage, a one-bedroom house that sleeps 2 guests. Surrounded by 62 acres of farmland, orchards, and vineyards in the tranquil Witchcoombe Valley, the cottage is close to the picturesque market town of Modbury. The sandy beaches of Bantham, Bigbury-on-Sea, and Thurlestone are less than 5 miles away, while natural harbors like Salcombe and the River Yealm provide sheltered waters for sailing and watersports, with excellent surfing at Bigbury and Bantham.

Coombe Farm has two properties available for rent; Coombe Farmhouse for up to 12 guests and Vineyard Cottage. During the peak summer season, Vineyard Cottage is only available with Coombe Farmhouse to ensure privacy for guests spending time outdoors. However, during the rest of the year, Vineyard Cottage can be rented separately. The property features a south-facing aspect overlooking a small stream in the valley, making it perfect for summer holidays and cozy breaks in autumn, winter, and spring with a log fire.

The rural location offers peace and serenity, with amenities such as a small flock of Grey Faced Dartmoor sheep, Devon Ruby Red and Galloway cows, and a cider apple orchard and vineyards that will become commercially productive in a few years. The Cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users due to stair access. Nearby attractions include Bigbury Golf Club, South West Coast Path Section 37 Trailhead, South Devon, and Dartmoor National Park. Activities like jet skiing, scuba diving, horse riding, and hunting are available, making it an ideal location for a relaxing getaway by the sea.
