The Roundhouse is a spacious detached house located on a traditional Devon farm near Halwell village in the South West of England. It can accommodate up to 18 guests in its eight bedrooms, all of which are en suite. The property features a family bedroom in an annexe with exterior access, as well as a mezzanine seating area and a vast open plan living space with a wood burning stove. Outside, guests can enjoy a shared indoor swimming pool, games room, and play area with a trampoline, as well as waymarked walks across the farm with stunning views.
Amenities at The Roundhouse include central heating, underfloor heating, a well-equipped kitchen, TV with DVD player, WiFi, and off-road parking for six cars. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a cot and highchair are available upon request. The property is pet-friendly, allowing up to three well-behaved dogs with a supplement fee for additional pets. The swimming pool is available from 8am to 8pm, occasionally used by the owners' family and friends.
