The property also includes two fully-equipped kitchens, a boot room for pets, and extensive outdoor seating areas.
Colleton East Wing offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The open-plan living space features modern decor and light wooden beams, with a fully equipped country-style kitchen and a cosy sitting area. Outside, guests can enjoy a south-facing front terrace with seating, a kitchen garden, an Australian gas BBQ, and stunning lake views. The property also provides access to 38 acres of private grounds with woodlands, parkland, gardens, a fire pit, and outdoor activities like rowing, canoeing, and paddleboarding on the lake.
Guests will be greeted by the owners upon arrival and shown around the property. The estate is committed to sustainability practices such as planting trees, sourcing goods locally, and recycling. House rules include no smoking/vaping, children of all ages welcome, up to 2 dogs permitted at Colleton Hall with an additional fee, and no pets allowed at Colleton East Wing. The property offers a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit and flexible booking arrangements in case of new Government travel restrictions.
