POYERS FARMHOUSE is a beautiful 16th Century, thatched farmhouse, situated a short drive from North Devon’s golden sandy beaches and close to Braunton village centre with its great pubs, restaurants, shops and bustling village life. The level Tarka Trail path is on your doorstep to explore, and the championship Saunton Golf Course is just a few minutes away. This charming property is steeped in history, having a grade II listing and a wealth of beams and period features throughout, including latched doors and cast iron radiators. The current owners have lovingly restored and refurbished the farmhouse to an extremely high standard. LIVING AREAS Walk along the path to the front door which opens into the spacious reception hall. The dining room, on your right, is painted cream with feature beams, a large old inglenook fireplace and wood-burning stove. Deep window sills offer views over the garden while you dine in style at the dining table, seating up to 16 people. The large, wall-mounted TV, CD music system and selection of CDs will keep you entertained and a range of board games are also available for after-dinner fun.

The comfortable sitting room with wood-burning fire, 2 and 3-seater leather sofas, and range of leather cube stools is a great place to relax, watch TV, or put on a DVD.

KITCHEN From the dining room enter a traditional, yet modern kitchen, equipped with a gas range cooker in the old fireplace with feature bread oven, an American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven, as well as a generous amount of utensils for all your catering needs.
