Outside, guests can enjoy a large Hydropool spa on the terrace decking overlooking the river. Pets are welcome, but stag or hen parties are not allowed.
The property is accessed via a private driveway and offers panoramic views of the Teign estuary from every room. The house features two downstairs bedrooms, a large living and dining area with high vaulted ceilings, a brand-new kitchen with modern appliances, and a sunroom with glass walls providing full estuary views. The upper floor includes three additional bedrooms, including a master with a glass Juliet balcony and an en-suite wet room. The mature gardens offer various levels with an entertainment deck, outdoor seating, and a 10-person Hydropool Spa.
Located in Teignmouth, guests can explore the historic town with its long sandy beaches, Victorian Pier, and local seafood restaurants. Teignmouth is also a central location to explore Dartmoor National Park, Exeter, and Torquay. Shaldon, a nearby unspoilt village across the Teign estuary, offers additional attractions such as Shaldon Beach, water sports, and the Shaldon Water Carnival. Guests can easily travel to Teignmouth and Shaldon via the oldest passenger ferry in England or explore the South West Coast Path with spectacular views.
Transport options include a bus stop at the bottom of the driveway with routes to nearby towns, as well as a train station in Teignmouth for easy access to Exeter. Guests have full access to the 1-acre private grounds, with parking for up to 5 cars on the driveway. Noise restrictions apply, with no use of the hot tub after 10pm and no use of outside areas after 11pm.
