The formal dining room features an 18-seater table and a wood burner, while the eclectic library offers a selection of books and board games. The property boasts two kitchens, one for entertaining and one for preparing meals, as well as a games room with a snooker/pool table.
Upstairs, guests will find six beautiful bedrooms with exceptional views of the lake or garden, including a master bedroom with access to a private terrace. Outside, the property offers a south-facing front terrace, a kitchen garden with seasonal vegetables, an Australian gas BBQ, and stunning lake views. Guests can also explore the estate's 38 acres of grounds, including woodlands, parkland, gardens, a fire pit, and a picnic area. The owners provide a rowing boat, canoes, paddleboards, and activities like feeding ducks, football, rounders, and bowls.
Guests will be greeted on arrival and shown around the property. The estate is committed to sustainability, including planting trees, sourcing goods locally, and recycling. House rules include no smoking, children of all ages welcome, up to 2 dogs allowed with an additional fee, and dogs only allowed in certain areas.
