Hills Court is a spacious vacation home located in Braunton, Devon, in the South West of England. The house boasts ample indoor and outdoor space, with a large kitchen diner, a living room with vaulted ceilings and oak beams, and a dining area that can seat up to 10 guests. The kitchen opens out onto a rear garden with a patio, decking area, and lawn, as well as a hot tub available for an additional fee. The first floor of the house features two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite shower and a family room with a double/single bunk bed. A spacious family bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower is also located on this floor.

The top floor of the house has been converted into an attic with oak beams and velux windows offering views of the front and back. This floor includes a large bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a smaller double room. Guests are provided with all necessary linen but are required to bring their own towels. Check-in is available on Fridays only. The property is conveniently located near the beach and offers opportunities for activities such as kayaking, surfing, mountain biking, and cycling, making it an ideal destination for families or groups looking to explore the natural beauty of the area.
