The house includes 5 bedrooms, a ground floor shower room, bathroom, living room, kitchen, conservatory/dining room, hall, porch, and utility room. The bedrooms consist of 1 king, 2 double beds, and 2 twins, providing ample space for guests. Luxuries such as a 42" flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick, Wi-fi broadband, additional TVs in two rooms with Firesticks, and a hot tub in the garden are also included. The property is equipped with electric heating and utilities such as an electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Guests can enjoy the outdoor patio, lawned garden, garden furniture, and BBQ area, as well as private parking for three cars. Bed linen and towels are included, and amenities such as a high chair and travel cot are available upon request. Pets are not allowed at this property, and smoking is prohibited. Short breaks are available, and guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
