The property can accommodate up to six guests across three bedrooms, including a double room, a twin room that can be converted into a king-size double, and a king-size double with an en-suite that can be set up as a twin upon request. The farmhouse also features a shower room, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room with an electric fire, and a cozy sitting room. Guests can enjoy off-road parking and a garden area to the front and side of the property.

The amenities at Broadhay include oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV with Freeview, a DVD player, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs.
