The three bedrooms boast brand new super-comfortable beds, with the master bedroom and en-suite located downstairs, and a twin room and single room upstairs along with a family bathroom and chilling area with bean bags.

Guests can enjoy plenty of great walks from the house and have access to an all-year-round indoor heated pool. Outside, there are outdoor sofas, a dining table, and a Weber charcoal BBQ in the private garden. The property also offers charming Woodside Cottage, perfect for family get-togethers. The pool, measuring 4.5m x 7.5m, is available for use between 10am and 6pm, with safety guidelines in place including no unaccompanied swimming for under 16’s, no glassware near the pool, no diving, and no running around the pool. Guests are required to replace the pool cover after use and return pool toys to the designated storage area.

Situated in Matlock, this vacation home is in a rural area close to Peak District National Park and Matlock Parks Country Park.
