The ground floor features an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with large floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors overlooking the river. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, and there is a gas fire and large TV with full Sky Q package for entertainment. Outside, guests can access a private decking area with outdoor seating, as well as a communal lawned area and river level decking shared with the adjoining property, Bridge View. Fishing rights are available on the private stretch of river, and a rod license is required to catch fish like Trout, Grayling, Chub, and Roach.
On the first floor, the master bedroom offers a super king-size bed and views of the river, while the second bedroom can be configured as twin beds or a super king-size. Both rooms have TVs with full Sky Q package. The bathroom includes a shower over bath, vanity unit, and shaver point. Additional amenities include a travel cot and high chair for infants.
