The attic space has been converted into a spacious twin bedroom with outstanding views. The farmhouse also has oil-fired central heating, ensuring comfort while retaining its essential Cumbrian charm.

Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a lawned area for guests to enjoy the afternoon sun. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee, with plenty of dog-friendly walks in the area. Bookings run from Friday to Friday, with the option for long weekends or mid-week breaks. The farmhouse is typically let out for eight guests, but additional guests can be accommodated with prior agreement.

Guests bringing pets must adhere to house rules to maintain the property's high standard. Pets are not allowed on furniture, must be kept on the ground floor, and should not be left unattended.
