Inside, the Old Brewery barn offers a large open plan living space with a brand new kitchen and wood pellet stove that provides heating for the water and central heating system. The ground floor includes the "Master Brewer" bedroom with a Superking size bed and a generous ensuite with a shower. Additionally, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a boot room/laundry for storing equipment, and washing and drying facilities. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms - the "Apple" room with a Superking size bed and ensuite, and the "Chapel" room with a bathroom featuring a free-standing bath.

Outside, the property boasts off-road parking for up to 5 cars, a gravel garden with a table and chairs, and a spacious lawned area. The heating is provided by a wood pellet stove, which only needs to be filled daily with small bags of pellets. The electricity for the stay is mostly generated by the 5.4KW of Solar photovoltaic panels on the roof, ensuring a green and sustainable experience for guests. Located in a rural area, guests can explore local landmarks like the Eden Millennium Monument and Mayburgh Henge, as well as enjoy nearby attractions such as the Lakeland Bird of Prey Centre and Acorn Bank. Families with children can also visit the Rookin House Activity Centre and Glenridding Sailing Centre for a fun-filled vacation.
