Neddy Cut is a luxurious, detached cottage with a private hot tub in the Lake District National Park, located near the small village of Backbarrow. The cottage can accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms, including two super king-size double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, all on the ground floor. The open plan living area features a kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking for two cars, a private patio with furniture and a barbecue, shared use of extensive lawn and grounds, and a private hot tub for relaxation.

The amenities at Neddy Cut include gas underfloor heating throughout, a woodburning stove, electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice maker and water chiller, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TVs, Blu-ray player, Bluetooth speaker, and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a travel cot and highchair are available for hire. The property does not allow pets or smoking. Guests can enjoy fly fishing on-site with an environmental license, with fishing available for one rod on a catch and release basis. Children must be supervised at all times near the fly fishing lake.
