The lower ground floor includes a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside, there is a courtyard garden with a private hot tub and parking for one car. Amenities include gas central heating, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided, with a cot and highchair available. Two small dogs are allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Note that only five adults are allowed, with adults to use the bottom bunk only.
