The cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard, with amenities including electric storage heaters, an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, DVD player, and CD/radio. Bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the wood burner are included in the rent. A travel cot and highchair are available, and there is ample off-road parking. Free range eggs are also available. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and there is a Good Housekeeping bond of £200.
