Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms - a king-size bed, a double bed, and a twin bed - along with a modern family bathroom featuring a bath and separate shower.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the Newlands Adventure Centre offers activities such as rock climbing, canoeing, and archery, while Catbells provides panoramic views of Derwentwater.
