Ideal for exploring the northern Lake District, guests can enjoy hill walking in the fells and follow the Coledale Horseshoe walk for stunning mountain views. Nearby attractions include Whinlatter Forest Park, Derwentwater for water activities, the Lake District Wildlife Park, and Castlerigg Stone Circle.
Upon entering the cottage, guests are greeted by a sunroom where they can unload luggage and remove outdoor gear. The lounge features a wood burner, comfortable sofas, and a TV with Freeview. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washer/dryer. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room, which also has a Smart TV. Upstairs, guests will find two double bedrooms (one with an en suite shower room) and a twin bedroom, along with a family bathroom.
Outside, guests can dine in the quaint courtyard garden or relax on the bench in the larger outside space, which also offers parking for up to two small cars.
