Beckside is an eco-friendly modern cottage located near Cockermouth in the Lake District, sleeping six people in three bedrooms. The character cottage features three double bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, and an open plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a woodburning stove. The cottage also boasts environmentally friendly underfloor air source heat pump heating, as well as a patio area with furniture and private parking for one car.

In addition to its eco-friendly features, Beckside offers amenities such as an electric stove and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, and DVD player. Bed linen and towels are included, and a cot and highchair are available for families with young children. Up to two dogs are welcome, and guests can enjoy a welcome pack with maps, guidebooks, and local produce. The cottage is set in 10 acres of countryside and guests have shared access to a laundry facility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a badminton/tennis court.
