Appletree is a charming cottage located in the quiet Lakeside village of Portinscale, just outside Keswick in the North of England. The property sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and features an open fire, making it ideal for a cosy night in. The ground floor boasts a spacious open plan lounge, dining/kitchen area with patio doors leading to a paved patio and enclosed garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern amenities such as a fridge, freezer, double fan oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and microwave.

On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with Smart TV and zip/link beds that can be set up as either a super king size bed or two single beds for an additional charge. There is also a fully tiled shower room with a large drench shower, WC, and wash basin. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms including a main bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, a spacious twin room with Smart TV, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed offering views of Skiddaw. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished with luxury linen and towels.
