The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people in its three bedrooms, including two double bedrooms and a family room. There is a family bathroom and a ground floor shower room, along with a cozy lounge with a multifuel burner, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room. The cottage also features a fully enclosed garden, perfect for children and pets, and off-road parking for one car.
The cottage is situated in the heart of the Lake District, just 100 yards from an excellent pub/restaurant, making it an ideal family holiday location throughout the year. Amenities include oil-fired central heating, a multifuel burner, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, satellite TV, WIFI, and a CD player. The rent includes oil, electricity, coal, logs, bed linen, and towels. A cot and highchair are available, and up to three dogs are welcome. There is an enclosed garden with a lawn, and other pets may be considered.
