"T’uther Cottage" is a charming 2-bedroom cottage located in Greysouthen, Cumbria, in the North of England. Renovated and modernized in 2019, this 200+ year old cottage features original Oak beams in the roof and a stone fireplace, blending historic charm with modern comforts such as WiFi, a washing machine, and central heating. The cottage can accommodate up to 5 guests, with a double bed in the first bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom, and a fully sprung bed settee in the lounge. A full-size bathroom with a separate bath and shower is located upstairs, while the downstairs lounge boasts an original stone fireplace with a stove and timbered ceiling.
The cottage also features a separate dining area and a fitted kitchen equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Families with young children can request a travel cot and high chair. Outside, there is a self-contained private raised garden with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. While pets are welcome, the rear garden is not suitable for exercising pets, but there are suitable walks nearby. Guests are provided with a complimentary welcome pack upon arrival, and free parking is available in an off-road communal car park just 20 meters away.
