The Orchard is a charming stone-built, 300-year-old semi-detached cottage located in the village of Levens in the Lake District, just five miles from Kendal. It can accommodate up to four guests in two bedrooms - a double and a twin, along with a family bathroom. The cottage features a kitchen, a sitting room with an open fire and dining area, as well as off-road parking for one car and a lovely mature lawned garden.
Amenities at The Orchard include gas central heating with a woodburner, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with various streaming services, DVD player, WiFi, and more. Guests are provided with a starter pack for the woodburner, with additional wood available for purchase from the owners. Bed linen and towels are included, and a cot and highchair can be provided upon request. The cottage does not allow pets or smoking.
