This semi-detached property can accommodate up to four people in two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. The open plan living area features a kitchen, breakfast bar, and sitting area with a gas fire, providing a cozy and comfortable space for guests to relax. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a shared, lawned garden with furniture across the main road, making it a perfect holiday retreat.

The cottage is well-equipped with amenities such as gas central heating, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD player, and WiFi. The rental price includes fuel and power, as well as bed linen and towels. Guests can bring along two well-behaved dogs to enjoy the holiday with them, and there is no smoking allowed on the premises. The cottage is conveniently located near a road, and some road noise may be heard in the garden. Access to the river is through a small wicket gate, and the garden is accessed via 20 steps. Infants are not allowed to stay at the property.
