The authentic cottage has been refurbished to retain its original features and is just a short walk from the village of Hawkshead, with Hill Top only a five-minute drive away. Ideal for a family or group of couples, the cottage offers gas central heating, an electric fire, and a range of modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, TV with Freeview, and a selection of books and games. Bed linen, towels, fuel, and power are all included in the rent, and there is a garage for two cars as well as a garden with a patio. Please note that this property does not allow pets, smoking, or children under five due to low ceilings.
