The cottage also features a separate bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a patio with furniture, making it a great place to stay at any time of the year. The cottage also allows for two well-behaved dogs.

The amenities at Barnstead include oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, WIFI, TV with Freesat, and a DVD player.
