Guests are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £100 upon arrival, payable by card as a pre-authorization. Group bookings and party types are subject to availability, with certain restrictions for single-sex parties or groups with members under the age of 25. Some lodges may have up to 14 steps into the unit, so guests with mobility concerns should inquire before booking. BBQs are not allowed on the decking, but there is a designated BBQ area on the park for guests to use. Hot tubs will not be at full temperature until 9pm on the night of arrival due to water changes and cleaning.
