Guests are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £100 upon arrival, payable by card as a pre-authorization. Group bookings or parties with all members under 25 years old should contact the property to check availability. The property does not allow BBQs on the decking and guests must use the allocated BBQ area. Hot tubs will not be at temperature until 9 pm on the arrival night due to water maintenance.
