The cottage sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and features a hot tub, making it the perfect base for exploring the Lake District, the Eden Valley, and the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The ground floor includes a spacious living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bunk bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower cubicle.

The Old Tearoom offers a unique experience as it is still a fully functioning flour mill, allowing guests to watch the owners use the neighbouring water to power the twin wheels needed for milling high-quality local flour.
