Speight Cottage is a charming single-storey farm building conversion located on the outskirts of Sedbergh in Cumbria, accommodating two people in one bedroom with a king-size bed and a shower room. The interior features an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, a patio with furniture, and a hot tub, making it a romantic retreat for couples to enjoy year-round.

The cottage offers amenities such as gas underfloor heating, a Smart TV, WiFi, and a washing/drying room with a dog shower (shared with another cottage on site). The owners live in the farmhouse nearby, and there are friendly farm dogs and free-range chickens roaming the grounds. The property is pet-friendly, but strictly no smoking is allowed. Due to a steep slope at the rear of the cottage, children should be supervised. The cottage does not accept infants, and there is a 7kw charging point for electric cars available with a supplement charge paid directly to the owner if used.
