High Borrans Holt is a 1-bedroom self-catering holiday lodge located at High Borrans Farm near Windermere in Cumbria, North of England. Inspired by nature and nestled in woodland, the lodge captures the evening sunlight perfectly for alfresco dining on the decking. The open-plan kitchen and living area features a 2-seater sofa, electric stove effect fire, Smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom includes a wooden king-size bed, blackout blinds, and a wardrobe with hangers. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower enclosure, basin with light-up mirrors, freestanding bath, and heated towel rail.

High Borrans Holt is unable to accommodate dogs, and strictly no children or infants are permitted on the property. The lodge includes all gas and electricity usage, a fully equipped kitchen, fresh bedding and towels, luxury soap selection, hairdryer, and other amenities. The property is located near Orrest Head, Garburn Pass, and other walking trails perfect for adventurers. Mobile phone signal is patchy in the area, but secure Wi-Fi is available in the lodge. Arrival is from 4pm, and departure is by 10am.

High Borrans is a working farm, so dogs must be kept under strict control at all times. The property offers a free-to-use onsite laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. Additional shared freezer storage space and spare dog towels are also available. Nearby attractions include the Old Laundry Theatre, Armitt Museum and Gallery, Orrest Head, Windermere Golf Club, Holehird Gardens, and Treetop Trek. The lodge park is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, with bridleways and footpaths leading to various walks and adventures.
