Faraway Cottage is a homely sandstone cottage located on a working dairy farm near Brampton in Cumbria, North of England. The cottage sleeps 2 people in 1 bedroom and has recently been refurbished to provide a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Guests can explore the 20 acres of private ancient woodland on the farm, perfect for activities such as bird watching and photography. Additionally, there is 3/4 of a mile of river running through the farm with fishing rights available for guests to enjoy.

Upon entering Faraway Cottage, guests are greeted by a delightful living dining room with exposed wooden beams, stone walls, and a traditional woodburning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, although guests may find themselves drawn to the window to watch the calves playing in the field while washing up. The king-size bedroom is beautifully decorated and offers a peaceful retreat with double doors leading to the garden. Outside, guests can relax on the private gravelled area with table and chairs overlooking the open farmland, providing a tranquil spot to appreciate the views.
