Brookside is a Grade II listed traditional cottage in the hamlet of Newby near the village of Clapham in Yorkshire, accommodating up to eight people in four bedrooms. The cottage features a king-size bedroom with an en-suite, a double, a twin, and a single with a pull-out trundle bed, along with a family bathroom. The kitchen, utility, dining room, and sitting room with a sofa bed and woodburning stove provide ample space for guests. Outside, there is off-road and roadside parking for three cars, as well as an enclosed rear lawn with a decking area and furniture.

Amenities at Brookside include oil central heating, a woodburning stove, and additional electrical heaters if needed. The cottage is equipped with modern appliances such as an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, and WiFi. Bed linen, towels, a highchair, travel cot, and stairgate are provided. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The village of Clapham, located in the heart of the "Three Peaks," offers various activities such as walking, climbing, potholing, horse/pony trekking, and exploring attractions like Ingleborough Show Cave and White Scar Caves.
